Andranik suspended for three matches

BARNSLEY, England, March 7 (MNA) -- Barnsley midfielder Andranik Teymourian has been suspended for three games after being found guilty of violent conduct against Cardiff City by the Football Association (FA) on Tuesday night.

The Iranian international was sent off after 64 minutes at Ninian Park for violent conduct and will serve a three match ban starting immediately.

Andranik will miss the vital home triple header against Birmingham City, Blackpool and Crystal Palace after the FA confirmed his dismissal on Friday.

Andranik is on loan at Oakwell from Fulham and has made four appearances for the Reds.
