Enemy failed militarily, has resorted to soft war now: Taeb

TEHRAN, Jan. 04 (MNA) – The advisor to the Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC Hossein Taeb has said that after the United States and Israeli regime's failure on the battlefield militarily, they have now resorted to a soft war and a security problem.

Speaking in ceremony in Tabriz on Sunday to commemorate the sixth anniversary of the martyrdom of the former IRGC Quds Force Commander Lt. General Soleimani, Taeb said that the Israeli regime and Washington have now resorted to a waging soft war in the coumtry after they realized that they could not succeed militarily.

"America and the Zionist regime have changed their strategy towards a soft and security war after failing on the battlefield," the advisor to IRGC commander said.

He stressed that the enemy will fail in the soft war too, because the Iranian nation always sides with the rightness front.

"The history of the revolution and resistance has shown that faithful commanders and mujahideen have stood firm in both military and soft warfare," added he.

"The United States is not interested in direct confrontation and prefers changes in generations in the region, while the Zionist regime insists on taking action (militarily) as soon as possible. However, the unity and resilience of the Iranian nation will prevent the enemy from achieving its goals," he underscored.
