Referring to the status of Iran University of Medical Sciences, Tavakkoli stated that his university is one of the leading academic centers in the country that has always gained salient achievements in the national and international arenas.
You [university students] can be proud of your presence at this prestigious university and be sure that your academic life will be accompanied by valuable memories and experiences, the chancellor continued.
He also considered it a necessity for international students to learn Persian language, noting that Persian is a rich and prestigious language, and mastering it can provide a better understanding of Iranian culture.
There is no difference between Iranian and non-Iranian students, and all students have equal opportunities, the senior official of the university maintained.
