Iran-US talks officially canceled

The Iran-US talks scheduled to be held in Muscat this Sunday will not now take place," Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi wrote on X.

"But diplomacy and dialouge remain the only pathway to lasting peace."

Earlier on Saturday, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said that the continuation of indirect Iran-US talks amid Israel's savagery is "unjustifiable."
