Iran inflation rate lower according to IMF figures

TEHRAN, Oct. 17 (MNA) – The statistics of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) showed that Iran’s inflation rate has lowered among the world's top countries with the highest inflation during the 13th government under President Raeisi.

The IMF also introduced industrialized and advanced economies as the big losers in the competition to control the inflation rate in the world.

In its latest estimate of the inflation rate of 193 countries in the world in 2022, the IMF has announced a decrease in Iran's inflation rate in 2022.

The IMF reported that Iran's inflation rate has improved among the countries of the world in this regard.

The IMF has predicted that the Iranian inflation will remain high at 39% next year.

IMF experts expect that the ascending inflation trend of Iran will be reversed in 2022 in a way that the country’s inflation rate will reduce up to 39.98 percent at most.

While Iran's ranking on the IMF inflate list has lowered four spots, the global rate has increased.
