Lavrov has traveled to Tehran to meet with Iranian officials, as well as to extend the 10-year Iran-Russia memorandum.
TEHRAN, Apr. 13 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov signed an agreement on the establishment and framework of the Iranian and Russian cultural centers in Tehran Tuesday.
