Vietnamese parl. speaker calls for more Iranian products in Vietnam market

TEHRAN, Apr. 28 (MNA) – The Chairwoman the National Assembly of Vietnam has called for more Iranian products in south-east Asian country’s market.

The ongoing Quang Ninh Exhibition in Quang Ninh province, Vietnam is hosting different Iranian products and commodities including Iranian artisans’ handicrafts from April 27 to May 2, 2018. 

The Iranian products are being displayed in the exhibition through the efforts of Iran’s embassy in the southeast Asian country.

The Chairwoman the National Assembly of Vietnam Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan visited the Iran’s stand at the exhibition on Friday evening and welcomed Iran’s presence at the event.

Pointing to Iran’s Parliament speaker Ali Larijani’s visit to her country last week, she called for a wider presence of Iranian products in the Vietnamese markets.

The Vietnamese top legislator also praised Iranian artisans for their excellent handcrafts such as carpets, calling on Iranians to further introduce Iranian products to Vietnam.

Different ministries in Vietnam hold exhibitions in different cities of their country to introduce Vietnam's tourisms attractions and products to foreigners. The annual exhibitions in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are the two most famous.
