Iran, Oman discuss boosting of bilateral ties

TEHRAN, Aug. 02 (MNA) – Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Morteza Sarmadi who is visiting Oman met with the foreign minister of the Arab country.

Accoeding to a communiqué released by Iranian Foreign Ministry, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Morteza Sarmadi who is visiting Omani capital city of Muscat met Omani Foreign Minister Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah on Tuesday.

The report recounts that the two sides exchanged views on the ways to develop and deepen bilateral ties, in addition to discussing the latest developments of the region.

“Both sides voiced determined will to expand bilateral relations in all areas of economy, politics and culture to form a unique role model of regional cooperation of neighbors,” highlights the Foreign Ministry’s report.   

Also Tehran and Muscat, accordingly, have agreed to observe an agreed schedule for following up the procession of bilateral issues.
