TEHRAN, Sep. 24 (MNA) – The local media in Lebanon announced the new attacks of the Zionist regime's forces on Dahiyeh of Beirut.

The report added that Israeli airstrike targeted al-Ghabiri district in the suburbs of Beirut on Tuesday.

A 6-story building was targeted in al-Ghabiri area in the suburbs of Beirut, and three of its floors were destroyed.  Rescue teams are trying to help civilians in this building. As a result of this attack, a number of Lebanese people were martyred and injured.

The Zionist Army Radio Channel, citing a military source, claimed the assassination of a high-ranking Hezbollah commander in Beirut, but announced that the outcome has not yet been specified.

The media of the Zionist regime claimed that the target of the Beirut attack was not “Ali Karki” and “Talal Hamieh”, two senior commanders of Hezbollah, but it was another prominent military commander.

Reuters, citing security sources, claimed that at least one person was killed in an Israeli airstrike in the suburbs of Beirut.

Channel 14 of the Zionist regime claimed that the targeted person is the commander of Hezbollah's missile unit. The target of the assassination was Abu Ali Hariki, the commander of Hezbollah's missile unit.

No more details have so far been released about the attack. 

In the attack of the Zionist army on the capital of Lebanon on Monday, the "Mazi" neighborhood in the southern suburbs of Beirut was targeted.

The local news sources reported that 6 rockets were fired at Beirut suburbs.

The Zionist media outlet Haaretz claimed that assassinating "Ali Karki", the commander of Hezbollah's southern front was the main aim of the Zionist regime’s attack on Beirut.
