Presence of foreigners hinders regional stability, security

TEHRAN, Sep. 12 (MNA) – Chief of Staff and Deputy Commander of the Iranian Army Force for Coordination Affairs Rear Admiral Habibollah said that the presence of foreigners impedes the establishment of stability and security in the region.
