Iran, Russia discuss Rasht-Astara railway construction

TEHRAN, Feb. 02 (MNA) – Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic Diplomacy Mehdi Safari discussed ways to resolve the existing obstacles to the construction of the Rasht-Astara railway with Russian officials.
