HOMS, Feb. 15 (MNA) – The General Directorate of Endowment Affairs of Homs Governate, in cooperation with the Islamic Revolution Leader's Office in Syria, held a ceremony in the city of Homs on Thursday to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution’s victory.
