TEHRAN, Oct. 22 (MNA) – The Iranian border guards on the shared northern border with Azerbaijan Republic welcomed caravans of Arbaeen pilgrims who intended to cross Iran to reach the Iraqi holy city of Karbala to attend the anniversary of Arbaeen pilgrimage.
