KISH ISLAND, Apr. 04 (MNA) – The Iranian Kish Island in the Persian Gulf is not known for its history or its architecture. Kariz underground city has been built about 2500 years ago by the inhabitants of Harireh city. This structure was built to collect, purify, and store water for the inhabitants of the island.
