Tehraners go to polls to elect assistants to City Council
TEHRAN, Jul. 26 (MNA) – The voting process to elect each neighborhood's assistants to Tehran City Council began at 8 A.M local time. Citizens cast their votes into some 7,000 fully electronic ballot boxes in 1700 polling stations. Some 12000 candidates are competing in the election. This is considered the first fully electronic election in the country.

Iran’s Bakhtiari nomad

Bakhtiaris primarily inhabit Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari and eastern Khuzestan, Lorestan, Bushehr, and Isfahan provinces, Iran.
