The group made the announcement in separate statements on Thursday, Lebanon's al-Mayadeen television network reported.
"In the first operation, the resistance fighters targeted two Merkava tanks in the 'Metulla' Israeli base using guided missiles, confirming that the tanks' crews were either killed or wounded in the process," the report said.
"In the other, an Israeli infantry force in the occupied Lebanese town of Tarbikha came under attack, also confirming direct hits," it added.
Israel's war on Gaza started after the territory's resistance movements waged a surprise attack against the occupying entity, dubbed Operation al-Aqsa Storm, in response to its decades-long campaign of bloodletting and devastation against Palestinians.
Most recently, Gaza's health ministry said the Palestinian death toll from Israeli attacks had climbed to 10,812. The victims include 4,412 children, 2,918 women, and 676 elders, while more than 26,000 people have been injured, ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Qudra told a press conference in Gaza City.
Ever since the onset of the war, the Israeli regime has also conducted sporadic attacks on southern Lebanon, which have sparked a firefight between the regime and Hezbollah.
Earlier this week, Hezbollah's Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said all options were on the table against Israel, urging the Zionist regime to stop its aggression against Palestinians in Gaza immediately.
Hezbollah was ready for all possibilities, Nasrallah said, adding that whoever wanted to prevent a regional war, had to quickly stop the Israeli aggression against the besieged coastal territory.
