“Tehran is hosting the World Cup qualifiers,” said the coach adding the Cuban capital Havana will hold the world event -- sponsored by the International Fencing Federation -- on October 3-13.
Iran has a special status since the international body picks the reliable countries for holding such competitions, added Agafonov.
