Iran, Senegal to develop healthcare coop.

TEHRAN, Jul. 13 (MNA) – Iran's Ambassador to Senegal Ainollah Ghashghavi and Senegal’s Minister of Health and Social Action Abdoulaye Diouf SARR stressed the need for further development of healthcare cooperation between the two countries.

Ainollah Ghashghavi met with Senegal’s minister of Health and Social Action and invited him to travel to Iran for further talks on health cooperation between Iran and Senegal.

Exchange of professors and students, export of medicine, medical equipment and technology, construction of a pharmacy and the establishment of a health center in Senegal were among the most important issues raised by Ghashghavi to develop medical cooperation with Senegal, which was welcomed by Abdoulaye Diouf SARR, as well.

The two sides also managed the initial talks on issues related to developing cooperation and Abdoulaye Diouf SARR's visit to Tehran to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the two countries.
