Foreign ministry condemns Israeli attack on Syria

TEHRAN, May 11 (MNA) – Bahram Ghasemi, the Spokesman of Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, issued an announcement late on Thursday condemning the recent military aggression of Israeli regime against Syria.

“Repetitive attack of Quds occupiers on Syrian territory is a blatant violation of Syria’s sovereignty and an aggressive move,” said Bahram Ghasemi, the Spokesman of Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs late on Thursday.

The Iranian foreign ministry issued the condemnation announcement after Tel Aviv attacked dozens of targets inside Syria.

“This was a clear materialization of what makes up the essence of this dominance-seeking, pro-crisis, and lie-oriented regime,” he condemned Israeli regime for aggression.

“The Zionist regime, which cannot put up with stability, security, and serenity in the region, has set up its own security on insecurity and making the region all the more unstable,” reiterated the Iranian diplomat.

“The frequent attacks of the Zionist regime on Syria are excused with self-proclaimed, baseless, and non-principled accusations and in violation of Syria’s national sovereignty and territorial integrity against all international laws, regulations, and conventions,” underlined the Iranian diplomat.

He also lashed out at countries and international communities for keeping hush in the face of Israeli aggressions as a green light to the regime to continue its aggressive behaviors.
