"Iran can be the center stage of economy in the world," he said, adding, “Iran and Russia in tandem with each other could change the international situation in the political and economic spheres.”
In his meeting with Ali Zeynivand, Yazd Province Deputy Governor General for Human Resources and Economic Affairs Coordinating Council, he said, “the political relations between the two countries is influential and fundamental, so that the significant result of their unity and amity can be traced in Syria.”
The United States along with some Arab countries and also Turkey in particular devised a scenario in Syria, he said, adding, “eventually, the scenario adopted by Iran and Russia in Syria was the one that turned out a success.”
He pointed to the US President Donald Trump’s decision over JCPOA and said, “although US withdrew from the nuclear deal, many countries agree with Iran’s policies and practices.”
Iran owns indispensable infrastructure of industries in the world and Russia is ready to expand foreign investment and also develop new technologies in Iran, he noted.
To conclude his remarks, Recep Safarov maintained that “under such circumstances, it is essential that relations between Iran and Russia further develop.”
