“On the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate.” The word “wing” is better translated as a wall or part of a building. It is very interesting that the Wailing Wall is a remnant left of the wall that surrounded the Second Temple after the judgment of God on Jerusalem in 70 CE and thus symbolizes the abomination that God judged.
It may well be that the significance of time has been added by the Israeli wall currently under construction that violates international law and which caused two hundred Jewish academics to speak out against it. They suspected it has an evil purpose to solve once and for all the Palestinian Question. Their concerns are now being voiced by others as the Zionist look to violate the sacred city of Jerusalem with their wall.
This Zionist entity relates directly to “making desolate”. We already have untold destruction since 1948 of Palestinian homes and communities, the same in Lebanon and currently ongoing in Iraq; the threat of the same to Syria and Iran and terrorism at large in numerous nations today. Both President Bush senior and son visited the Wall prior to their elections to administer the Zionist policy of destruction in the Middle East, supported at home by Jewish and Christian Zionists.
The Prophet Micah said that Zion would be built with bloodshed and Jerusalem with violent injustice. This doesn’t describe the two Hebrew societies that built the first or second temples. It described the current Zionist state in which a temple is currently being built for installation on the Temple Mount in the near future. Micah like Daniel spoke of an ending in destruction after their destructive ways have run their course under the delusion that they have divine protection. Pro-Israel Christians are likewise under the same delusion. It is the prophecies that are being protected not the Zionist entity.
Those peoples who get attached to the state of terror become caught in the vortex of destruction, whether it be investing in it or against it. Perhaps the Prophet Zechariah has the key. He said: “I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that causes reeling to all the peoples around… I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone… all who lift it will be severely injured… I will strike every horse with bewilderment and his rider with madness. But I will watch over the house of Judah, while I strike every horse of the peoples with blindness.” The Zionists are not the house of Judah.
It is the Zionists who lead the forces that are gathering against ‘Jerusalem’. Those caught up in the dynamic of the Zionist vortex of destruction are fuelling their power. It is they and the United Nations resolution of 1947 that intend to make Jerusalem an international city of man, a seat for a new world religion of the New World Order.
Predictably it should become the cornerstone of the Roadmap and a new Market with a phoney peace and phoney democracy of the New World Order.
The judgment of God on Israel revealed by Daniel was to be seventy weeks of years which were not to be on one continuous block of time. It is commonly believed that there is still the last week of years to be completed. The God of Abraham could not have restored Israel and be blessing them until the full judgment and restitution have been concluded. We also have the finer detail of the destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple yet to be fulfilled, as spoken by Jesus who said that not one stone would be left upon another. Thus the remnant week of judgment and the remnant wall next to the Holy Mount are awaiting the consummation of the judgment of Israel. This could be when the complete destruction comes back on ‘the one who has been making desolate’ the holy land and the holy city. Desolation is both material and social as well as spiritual.
Every “horse“, symbolizing the military forces, whether of Jewish, Christian or Muslim origins or make-up, have been struck with blindness as to what has been taking shape. We, the three great faiths, are all divided within and we are all facing a time of great testing, not just state leaders but religious leaders down to the individual. This is consistent with the time of ‘Jacob’s Trouble’ to come in the last days. By its title it must be similar to the time when Jacob’s faith was tested in the face of pending calamity for his family, possessions and his hope in the promises made to Abraham and his descendents.
Iranians have three kings in their history that the God of Abraham used to ensure the Second Temple was built in Jerusalem. Also three wise men universally believed to have come from Persia welcomed the Messiah of Israel born of divine means as promised to Abraham and demonstrated to him and Sarah, whose womb was too old to bear a child.
It would be appropriate that Iranians be not caught up in this vortex but be linked to what is to replace the drama that is unfolding.
