Zoran Milanović, President of Croatia, in a message to Ebrahim Raeisi, congratulated his victory on behalf of the Croatian nation.
He hoped for the expansion of mutual ties under Raeisi's tenure.
Milanović also hoped for success for Iran and the Iranian nation as well.
