TEHRAN, Jun. 21 (MNA) – Ismail Kowsari was elected as the representative of the people of Tehran in Iran's parliament, gaining 346,645 votes, a spokesman for the Tehran election office said.

The vote-counting process so as to elect one remaining representative in Tehran, Rey, Shemiranat, Eslamshahr, and Pardi's electoral district has been completed, Hassan Beigi announced.

Gaining 346,645 votes out of the total votes, Ismail Kowsari was elected as the representative of the people of Tehran in Iran's parliament, he added.
