TEHRAN, Aug. 26 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif met and held talks with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi in Beijing on Monday.

Zarif’s meeting with his Chinese counterpart was focused on bilateral ties and the 25-year roadmap of strategic cooperation between Iran and China.

The two sides also discussed the latest developments regarding the 2015 nuclear deal (JCPOA).

Leaving Beijing, the top diplomat will visit Japan and Malaysia to continue his East Asian tour and hold talks on bilateral as well as international issues.
