TEHRAN, Dec. 19 (MNA) – Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization head said on Monday the IAEA has already verified Iran’s compliance with the nuclear deal nine times, adding the organization is the main source of verifying Iran’s commitments.

Ali Akbar Salehi, the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, made the remarks in response to Trump’s claims that Iran had violated the spirit of the nuclear deal. Salehi said "the main source to verify Iran’s compliance with JCPOA is the IAEA which has already verified Iran's compliance nine times.”

In his National Security Strategy speech, Trump reiterated his opposition to the nuclear deal on Monday saying not endorsing it was a right decision.

Regarding the Section T that Amano had asked for clarity on it, Salehi said, “As I have already said Mr. Amano and Mr. Araghchi have the same view on it and we, as the Iran’s Atomic Organization , do not see any problems with it.”
