TEHRAN, Oct. 31 (MNA) – Delegations of Iran, Russia, and Turkey to the International Syria Conference in Astana held a trilateral meeting on Monday in the Kazakh capital, Astana.

Iran’s Hossein Jaberi Ansari, Russia’s Alexander Lavrentiev, and Turkey’s Sedat Ünal, the heads of the three guarantor states’ delegations, exchanged views on the documents that are discussed in this round of Astana Process.

Jaberi Ansari who heads Iran’s diplomatic delegation to Astana talks arrived in Astana on Sunday in order to take part in the seventh round of Astana Peace Talks.

During the trilateral meeting, the three sides conferred on the important documents, including a document on demining for humanitarian purposes, preservation of Syria’s cultural heritage sites, detainees exchange, and the transfer of the kidnapped, and the bodies of the dead.

The three guarantor states of Astana talks and their delegations will continue to exchange views on the aforementioned documents.
