The 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup will be the 17th edition of the FIFA U-17 World Cup, the biennial international men's youth football championship contested by the U17 national teams of the member associations of FIFA.
The draw was held on July 7, 2017 at the Hotel Sahara Star in Mumbai, India. The 24 teams were drawn into six groups of four teams. Teams from the same confederation could not be drawn against each other for the group stage.
As such, Group A comprises host India, the US, Colombia and Ghana while Group B consists of Paraguay, Mali, New Zealand and Turkey.
Meanwhile, Iran was drawn in Group C together with Guinea, Germany and Costa Rica. Teams from North Korea, Niger, Brazil and Spain will compete in Group D and members of Group E include Honduras, Japan, New Caledonia and France.
Group F of the upcoming sportive event contains U17 football teams from Iraq, Mexico, Chile and England.
The tournament will be hosted by India between 6th and 28th of October 2017.
