Bahram Ghasemi, the Spokesperson of Iran’s Foreign Ministry, condemned the Friday terrorist attacks in Iraqi provinces of Karbala and Babel and offered sympathies to the bereaved families of the victims, the Iraqi nation and government.
“Repetitive defeats of Takfiri terrorists in Iraq and Syria have disrupted their mind and formation,” underlined the Iranian diplomat. “In a futile effort to restore the morale of their criminal mercenaries, they have put blind suicide attacks across the world on top of their agenda but their annihilation is certain.”
Saying that ‘the recent bogus meetings of terror supporters on fighting terror’ have made the residue members of Takfiri terrorist groups more audacious, Ghasemi called the states and nations of the region to be more vigilant, “ignoring the thought bases and finance providers of terrorism along with wrong clues about the sources of terrorism will keep terrorism in all its forms as the number one threat to the region and world alive.”
“The Islamic Republic of Iran still feels obliged to stay beside the governments and nations of the region in the relentless war on violence till the complete eradication of terrorism,” asserted the spokesman of Iran’s foreign ministry.
