BEIRUT, Dec. 23 (MNA) – Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab-African Affairs Hossein Jaberi Ansari and Iran's Ambassador to Lebanon Mohammad Fathali met with Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the head of Lebanon's Hezbollah resistance movement on Friday.

Jaberi Ansari who stays in Lebanon since Thursday, exchanged views on key bilateral and regional issues with Hezbollah’s leader.

He has already underlined in Ain El Tineh region in the Lebanese capital that the country has proved a kind of resistance and peaceful coexistence, which is highly regarded. “The liberation of Aleppo marks the alliance to confront terrorists,” he added.

Jaberi Ansari arrived in Beirut on Thursday as part of his two-nation tour to Syria and Lebanon.

He has held political talks with senior officials including Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri and Prime Minister Saad Hariri.
