TEHRAN, Feb. 17 (MNA) – President Hassan Rouhani is slated to inaugurate two new projects in the third phase of the Persian Gulf Star Refinery (PGSR), Hormozgan province, on Sunday. PGSR, which is described as the Middle East's largest refinery, is built in three phases to produce a total of 36 million liters per day of high-octane gasoline and diesel.
