ASTARA, Feb. 06 (MNA) – The dredging operation of the Astara border port began with the establishment of special dredging devices with the aim of increasing the depth of the canal and facilitating the traffic and mooring of large ships.

Iran, Azerbaijan start dredging Astarachay
ASTARA, Feb. 04 (MNA) – Iran and Republic of Azerbaijan inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to dredge Astara Border River in order to prevent occurrence of flood. Astarachay is originated from the heights of Heyran and Shenidan of Astara.
