TEHRAN, Mar. 28 (MNA) – On the sidelines of the Doha Forum in Qatar, the head of Iran's Strategic Foreign Relations Council Seyed Kamal Kharrazi met and held talks with the Qatari Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani.
