TEHRAN, Dec. 27 (MNA) – On the occasion of 11th anniversary of devastating Bam earthquake a kite flying festival was held in Rigan. Bam, a city of Kerman province, was almost entirely destroyed by an earthquake in 2003 killing 26,271 people and injuring an additional 30,000.
