Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said at the tomb of the martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the former Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, in a speech, "On behalf of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and all the people of Iran, I send greetings to all fighters for the path of truth, justice, and resistance."
He added, "The Islamic Republic of Iran has always supported and will do so the independence, national unity, and territorial integrity of Lebanon, and calls for an end to the occupation of all occupied lands by the Zionist regime, especially the occupied parts of Lebanon."
Araghchi added, "We continue to support and the resistance and its great goals in confronting the occupation and oppression of the Zionist regime."
He further said, "We seek to expand our relations with all parts of the Lebanese government and hope that bilateral relations between Iran and Lebanon will expand in all political, economic, cultural, scientific, and other fields."
He also said, "Once again, I send greetings to the lofty spirit of all the martyrs of the resistance, led by the Leader of the Resistance."
