The ships still have approximately 500 kilometers to travel before reaching their final destination.

The management of the Global Sumud Flotilla reaffirmed that, under international law, the fleet has the right to navigate freely and reach its humanitarian objectives in the Gaza Strip.
In its statement, the convoy’s leadership called on the governments of Turkey, Italy, Spain, and other nations to transform their expressions of support into concrete actions and genuine commitments.
The management further urged participating states to provide escort and protection for the fleet as it moves toward Gaza’s shores.
