Iran neutralizes over 4,000 terrorist acts on borders

TEHRAN, Mar. 12 (MNA) – The commander of the Iranian border police says that over 4,000 terrorist moves were neutralized on borders since the beginning of the current Iranian year which ends on March 20.

Brigadier General Ahmad Ali Goudarzi made the comments while speaking at a presser on Tuesday morning.

Stating that the border guard's operational capability and readiness have improved, he said that the border guards are now using drones to monitor the land and water borders.

Elsewhere in his remarks, Goudarzi stressed that the border guard police of Iran will provide 3 million euros for blocking the borders within the next three years.
