The head of Kerman's emergency service said that the explosions left 103 people dead and at least 141 more injured.

Today's terrorist incident in Kerman province, which killed hundreds of innocent people, brought a lot of sorrow and grief, Grand Ayatollah Sistani of Iraqi said in a statement.
"We offer our condolences to the bereaved families and the noble people of Iran for this tragic tragedy. And we ask the God Almighty for forgiveness and divine grace for the dear martyrs, and for the wounded, a speedy recovery," the Shia cleric further said.
EU condemns Iran blasts as 'act of terror':
The European Union demanded on Wednesday that the perpetrators of twin blasts that killed at least 103 people in a crowd gathered to mark the killing of general Qasem Soleimani be brought to justice.
"The EU condemns in the strongest terms today's bombing in the city of Kerman in Iran. The EU expresses its solidarity with the Iranian people. This act of terror has exacted a shocking toll of civilian deaths and injuries," an EU foreign affairs spokesperson said in a statement.
"Our thoughts now are with the victims and their families. Perpetrators must be held accountable."
Iraqi government calls Kerman terrorist blats criminal and cowardly:
In a press release, Iraqi government spokesman Bassim Al Awadi strongly condemned the terrorist explosions in Kerman and described them as "criminal" and "cowardly".
In the statement, the Iraqi government also expressed its solidarity with the Iranian government and people and said, "Iraq declares its readiness to provide any kind of assistance that can alleviate the severity of this criminal and cowardly act."
Azerbaijan offers condolences to Iran:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan condemned the terrorist incident in Kerman and offered its condolences to the government and people of Iran.

Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed deep condolences to Iran's leadership for the tragic consequences of the terrorist attack, Russian Sputnik news agency reported.
Turkish President Erdogan offers condolences to Iran:
In a message, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the President of Turkey the deadly explosions in Iran's Kerman "atrocious terror attack."
"We are very saddened by by atrocious terror attack in Kerman province of Iran. May God give blessings to those who lost their lives in these attacks and I wish the injured a speedy recovery. I offer my condolences to the people of Iran," Erdogan said in a post on his X account shortly after the blasts.
Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement strongly condemns terrorist explosions in Kerman:
The Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement strongly condemned the terrorist explosions among the participants in the martyrdom anniversary of General Qassem Soleimani in Kerman.
The Palestinian Resistance movement further emphasized, "The oppressive aggression in Kerman will increase the solidarity of the Islamic Ummah around the Resistance, of which Martyr Soleimani will remain one of its symbols."
Yemen's Ansarullah condemned the criminal explosions in Kerman:
Yemen's Ansarullah political office ssued a statement condemning the criminal explosions in the city of Kerman, which resulted in the martyrdom and injury of dozens of people, and expressed its condolences to the leadership, government and nation of Iran and the families of the victims.
