The statement indicated that the targeting came in response to the Zionist aggression on one of the Islamic Resistance posts in Iqlim Al-Tuffah late Monday.
In a statement on Tuesday, Hezbollah said that the attack was a response to the enemy’s targeting of an Islamic Resistance point in Iqlim Al-Tuffah region on the night of Monday, November 6, 2023, adding that, "the Islamic Resistance fighters, on the afternoon of Tuesday, November 7, 2023, targeted the enemy’s artillery positions in occupied Palestine."
