TEHRAN, Dec. 04 (MNA) – Four people reportedly died and around 300,000 were evacuated as the Philippines braces for flooding and landslides after Typhoon Kammuri made landfall in the south-eastern Luzon Island. Footage shows strong winds hitting a beach in Gasang on Tuesday.
