GARMSAR, Nov. 30 (MNA) – The fourth festival of Iran tribes and ethnic groups is underway in Garmsar, Semnan Province, with representatives of 15 provinces in attendance. The cultural event is regularly held in an attempt to introduce the diverse culture and traditions of Iranian ethnic groups and tribes.
