CBI after compiling policies compatible with new economic condition

TEHRAN, Jul. 31 (MNA) – Iranian First Vice President Es’hagh Jahangiri said that the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) is after compiling and formulating policies compatible with the current situation of the country.

Speaking today morning in Kermanshah International Airport, he said, “new governor of the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) and government’s economic team are formulating the policies in line with the new terms and conditions in the country.”

It is hoped that the proposed package for improving economic condition of the country will be announced by the weekend, he emphasized.

He pointed to the trend of reconstruction of earthquake-hit areas in Kermanshah province and said, “today, a number of 5,000 rural residential units will be put into operation in quake-hit areas while completing construction operation of the remaining units should be accelerated in the shortest possible time.”

The available problems in the reconstruction trend of quake-hit areas of the province will certainly be investigated in an expert-level session, he said, adding, “the problems facing ahead will be removed as soon as possible.”

First Vice President Es’hagh Jahangiri arrived in Kermanshah province today morning in order to inaugurate a number of 5,000 rural residential units in the quake-hit areas.
