The cultural week of Venezuela was opened in Tehran on Sunday with the ambassadors of Latin American countries present in the global studies college of Tehran University.
Ambassadors from Venezuela, Nicaragua, Ecuador, and Chile were present in the global studies college where Mohammad Bagher Ghahremani, the Vice-President of Tehran University for International Affairs opened his remarks.
“Venezuela has faced many difficulties in its historic tides and ebbs but at the same time it has turned into the cultural and decision pole of the region,” said Mr. Ghahremani.
Also in the same ceremony, the Venezuelan Ambassador to Tehran, Jesus Gonzalez, went behind the lectern and in addition to referring to the historic background of anti-imperialism efforts of Venezuelans, recounted the animosity of US against Venezuela with creating currency, economic, political, and media obstructions against the Latin American country.
