Armenian PM due to Tehran on Mon.

TEHRAN, Oct. 07 (MNA) – Armenian PM Karen Karapetyan will arrive in Tehran on Monday to start a two-day visit, Armenia’s local media reported on Saturday.

Karen Karapetyan, the Prime Minister of Armenia, is slated to arrive in Tehran on Monday, according to Armenian media.

The Armenian premier is making the trip upon the invitation of his Iranian First Vice-President, Es’hagh Jahangiri.

In addition to meeting with Mr. Jahangiri, during his two day visit, the Armenian top official is supposed to meet with President Hassan Rouhani and the Speaker of Iran’s Parliament, Ali Larijani.

A visit to Ararat Sport Club of Tehran, which is owned, run, and used by Christian citizens of Iran is also in the agenda of Mr. Karapetyan’s travel to Tehran. He will also address a gathering of Armenian Christian Iranians.
