“Direct your concerns toward the internal troubles of your own country,” Bahram Ghasemi advised Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Khalid bin Ahmed al-Khalihah who on Thursday had defended Saudis in the case of the last year’s tragedy of Mina.
The foreign ministry’s spokesperson made the remark after Bahraini foreign minister said, at the 146th ordinary session of the Arab League Council in the Egyptian capital city of Cairo, that Iran is politicizing the Hajj.
“It is better for you to stop undertaking positions which are repetitious, indoctrinated and ordered by the wrong doers of the region and instead of having one-sided biased approach contemplate on the domestic problems of your own country,” reads the comment made by Ghasemi on his personal page.
He advised Khalid bin Ahmed al-Khalihah not to refer to the main event of the Islamic world, Hajj, without mentioning the massacre of innocent Muslims in Mina tragedy of last year’s rituals. Ghasemi calls Bahraini FM to avoid following the line which is dividing the Islamic world.
