Following the election of Deputy Interior Minister Hossein Ali Amiri as Vice President for Legal and Parliamentary Affairs, Seyyed Salman Samani, who serves as the Head of Center for Management of Performance, Inspection and Legal Affairs, took the position over from Amiri and will also act as the spokesman of Iran’s Interior Ministry.
Also on Tuesday, Majid Ansari was assigned as the new Vice-President for Legal Affairs in place of Elham Aminzadeh.
