While last Iranian year had witnessed cancellation of many skiing events and competitions due to conflicts among figures of the sport and among the federation officials, it is now officially announced that international alpine competitions will be held on April 15-16 in Darbandsar ski resort in northern part of Tehran.
Meanwhile, Iranian national team members are expected to participate in the event despite their previous absence in such games during last Iranian year.
Attendance of international players in games can help improve the ranking of Iranian ski players as well amid the national team’s lack of proper plans for next Olympics participation.
