On Sunday, the Iranian sportsmen proved their dominance throughout the game, which was played at the BYC-Keelavej 1 Stadium in the Thai capital city of Bangkok, and earned a well-deserved 8-nil win against Switzerland remaining atop Group B of the tournament.
The hearing-impaired Iranian footballers had earlier defeated the Japanese team 6-3 in their opening fixture on Friday followed by their second victory against Algeria 11-1 on Saturday, and will take on Norway in their next showdown on Tuesday October 24.
Iran is in Group B along with Algeria, Japan, Norway, Russia and Switzerland while Brazil, Italy, the Netherlands, Thailand and Uzbekistan form Group A.
The 2015 Deaf Futsal World Cup started in Bangkok, Thailand on November 20, and will finish on November 28.
