"Emir of Kuwait and Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran behave with prudence and wisdom to enhance bilateral and regional relations and establish stability, security and sustainable development in the region," Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said.
He reiterated that Iran and Kuwait will develop mutual cooperation based on their authorities' approach and guidelines.
Amir-Abdollahian asserted that extremist groups and enemies in the region won't be allowed to destroy relations among regional allies.
He also said Tehran welcomes talks on regional, bilateral and multilateral issues.
