Kazem Jalali met and held talks with Dugin at the venue of Iran's embassy in Moscow on Tuesday evening.
During the meeting, the two sides conferred on a range of issues of mutual interest.
Cooperation between the Iranian and Russian think tanks, issues related to the international system, and the era of transition to a multipolar world were among the topics discussed between Jalali and Dugin.
