The Rafah Border Crossing or Rafah Crossing Point is the sole crossing point between Egypt and the Gaza Strip.
On Friday, the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) dispatched the first shipment of humanitarian aid to Egypt to reach the people of the Gaza Strip.
According to the IRCS report, shortly after the start of brutal attacks by the usurping Zionist regime on civilians in Gaza, the Red Crescent Society announced its readiness to send shipments of humanitarian aid to Gaza, and in this regard, many coordinations and efforts were made with other parties the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent Movement.
Many trucks were waiting at the Rafah border in Egypt ready to be sent to Gaza as soon as the crossing was opened.
